Program. Process. Progress.

Repchitect is a personal-training app for trainers and gyms. Programs, Training Mode, nutrition, booking and payment live in one place, and your clients open it from a private link with no app to download.

It helps you manage the admin so you can spend your time on the human part of the job. You got into this to coach people, not to juggle six apps and a spreadsheet. Build programs, manage your schedule, answer messages, and even get paid. Everything in one single app.

Three things set it apart. Clients never install anything. One flat monthly fee, unlimited clients. And no cut of your payments, because the money goes straight to you.

The price doesn’t budge as your roster grows, either. Your fiftieth client costs exactly what your fifth did, which is how it probably should have been all along.

If there’s more than one of you, we built for that too. One house style across every coach. Add trainers as you grow, and when staff change, hand clients to another coach. They keep their link and their whole history, and the only thing that changes is the name on their coach card.

How it works

It’s easy as 1-2-3

STEP 1Build the program

Pick from over 5,800 exercises, every one with a demo video, so you’re never describing a cable fly over text again. Add your own moves too, with your own clips and your own cues. Sets, reps, rest, targets, and you’re done. You can even add a nutrition plan, daily habits, and automated check-ins (and yes, it’s all included).

STEP 2Text them their link

That’s the setup. All of it. One private link that opens their program, saves to their home screen like a proper app, and stays theirs. No account to make, no password to lose, and no “I think it logged me out?” at nine at night.

STEP 3Coach from one screen

Every set they log, every meal they scan, every habit they tick and every video they send comes back to you. You’ll know who trained, who’s drifting, and who’s gone quiet, usually before they say anything.

The features

What you get, screen by screen

Every preview below is drawn from the shipped Repchitect app, showing both sides of the desk in a gym's own branding. Sample data only.

Programs

Build a week in the time it takes to drink a cup of coffee.

On a desktop the builder is three panes: the exercise library on the left, the routine in the middle, and a live preview on the right with the demo video, form cues, and your note to the client. On a phone it's the same builder, stacked. Save once and it's on their phone.

  • Over 5,800 of them, and every single one comes with a demo video. Filter by muscle, or by the equipment your client actually has access to. Something missing? Add it yourself with your own video and your own cues, and it’s there to assign to your clients from then on.
  • Creating a great program is like a work of art. And your best push day shouldn’t have to be reinvented for every new client. Save it as a template, apply it to anyone, then tweak from there. You can also turn a client’s current program into a template in one tap, which is the quickest way to keep something that worked.
  • Supersets, drop sets and clusters when you want them. No limit to your creativity.
Training

Training Mode, or: what they see at the rack

Training Mode walks your client one set at a time: your target weight and reps are pre-filled, the rest timer starts itself, and a plate calculator shows what to load on the bar. Beat a number and the PR is detected and celebrated on the spot. Every finished session comes back to you for review.

  • If they get pulled away mid-session, nothing’s lost. The sets, the notes and the timer are all still there when they come back. And in the kind of basement gym where text messages go to die, Repchitect keeps working. Everything syncs the moment they come back up for air.
  • Every exercise carries a demo video your client can replay mid-set, with your form cues underneath.
  • They rate how hard it felt so you can reassess the routine.
  • A finished workout lands in your review queue with every set, rep, weight and effort rating as logged.
Nutrition

Write the nutrition plan the way you’d say it out loud

You write the plan the way you already do: the reasoning behind it, calorie and macro ranges, an eating window, suggested foods, meals for each day of the week, supplements. It becomes your client's daily dashboard, with their real logging underneath it as barcode scans, food searches, and saved recipes.

  • Set 1,500–2,000 kcal and the bar shows the range. "In range" is the win condition.
  • Supplements become daily check-offs with streaks you can see, in your wording. We never add dosing advice.
  • Your numbers win per macro, and anything you don't set stays theirs to manage.
Communication

One thread, everything in it

All of it runs through one thread per client: questions between sessions, check-ins, form videos, your feedback. No more coaching scattered across texts, DMs, and email. When a client opens their app, your messages sit next to their program; when you open yours, an inbox shows every conversation, every pending review, and every new lead from your public page in one place.

  • One thread per client holds everything you've ever said to each other, in order.
  • A finished workout lands in your review queue with every set, rep, weight and effort rating as logged. Your feedback reaches them before their next session.
  • Custom check-ins go out on your schedule and come back into the thread. Answering one feels like replying to their coach, because it is.
  • Form checks come in as video, and you reply with text or film your own, wherever you are. Clips expire on their own, so storage never becomes your bill.
  • Your inbox triages for you: messages, reviews waiting on feedback, and new inquiries from your public page, each tab with a badge.
Your business

The business side is in the box

A public page for your coaching is on the house. Your account includes a free trainer page in the Repchitect Trainer Marketplace: your bio, specialties, packages, before-and-afters, and a contact form that lands in your inbox. Session packages count themselves down as appointments happen, and payment links go wherever you already get paid.

  • Your page lives at repchitect.com/t/you and is listed in the Repchitect trainer marketplace, where clients search by location and specialty. Publish it when you're ready, edit it from your phone.
  • Session packages track what each client bought, what they paid, and how many sessions remain, counted down automatically.
  • Payment links point at Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or any checkout link you already use.
  • Before-and-after photos can only go public with the client's recorded consent.
Your brand

It looks like your business, not ours

Pick your accent, your typeface, your logo, and every screen your clients touch derives from it, buttons to PR medals. Gyms set a house style once and every trainer inherits it.

  • Twelve color themes, or dial in your exact brand color if you already have one. Twelve typefaces, from clean and modern through collegiate to handwritten. Light and dark both properly designed.
  • Gyms get shared branding, trainer seats, client reassignment when staff change, and an owner's console over the whole floor.
Security & privacy

Their progress is nobody else's business

Progress photos, body measurements, health notes, and form videos of real people move through this app every day. Repchitect treats that as a design constraint, not a settings page. Access control lives in the database itself: every row is scoped to the one client and the one trainer it belongs to, so a bug in a screen can't show anyone else's data. The database refuses before the question is finished.

  • Progress photos live in private storage and are viewable only through signed links that expire within the hour.
  • Progress photos sit in private storage, reachable only through links that expire within the hour and form-check videos delete themselves after thirty days.
  • Publishing a before-and-after requires the client's recorded yes. Withdrawing it takes the public copy down immediately.
  • No ad trackers, no third-party analytics anywhere near your clients. Even the fonts come from us rather than from Google, which sounds like a small thing and isn’t.
Compared, honestly

Where Repchitect stands

Most coaching platforms charge by how many people you coach, then put half the tools you need behind an add-on or a bigger plan. We charge one flat fee per trainer, and everything is included. If our capabilities evolve, so do yours – plain and simple.

Pricing

One price, and it stays put

Every tier is a flat monthly fee with unlimited clients. The tiers differ by how many trainers you’ve got, never by how many people you coach. Founding members keep the lower rate for a full year.

You’ve worked hard to get this far. And you shouldn’t be punished for growing your business and helping more people get healthy. Honestly, we feel like that’s how it should have been all along, but at least we can start that now.

Who's building this

Built from both sides of the desk

Repchitect started as a passion project. A client wanted a simple way to keep track of his routines without scrolling back through months of texts and screenshots, so he built something he’d actually open. Then he started adding the things that made his own trainer’s life easier, one at a time, because he kept mentioning them.

That’s still how it goes. Things get built because a working trainer needs them, not because they looked good on a roadmap.

And that's still how it will always work: features only launch because they meet the needs of a working trainer.

Questions

Asked and answered

Do my clients have to download an app?

No, and this is the bit people find hardest to believe. Each client gets one private link. It opens in their browser, works like an app, and saves to their home screen with a proper icon. Nothing to install, no account to create, no password to reset, and nothing to keep updated. If they can tap a link, they’re set up.

How do I get started?

Once your account is setup, it’s easy. We’ve built in a simple walk-through guide directly in the app that will guide you through setting up your branding, creating your programs, and sending your first client link. Plus there’s a comprehensive user guide so you can get the best out of all the features available to you.

What happens when the gym has no signal?

Training keeps working. Repchitect loads offline once it's been opened before, and sets logged without a connection queue up and sync automatically when the signal returns.

Can clients book their own sessions?

They can if you want them to. You publish the hours you’re free and they book from their phone. You set how much notice they have to give to cancel or move, and you can always shift your own diary regardless, because it’s yours. But if you don’t work that way, that’s not a problem. You can always book them yourself on your own calendar – it synchs up to theirs.

Is my clients’ data actually private?

Privacy and safety were a key focus when creating the app. Progress photos sit in private storage behind links that expire within the hour, videos delete themselves after thirty days, and every row of data is locked to one client and one trainer inside the database itself. The privacy section above has the full picture if you want it.

Can I bring my programs and clients across?

Yes. Building is quick enough that most trainers can rebuild their templates in an afternoon with a protein shake (or beverage of choice – we don’t judge). And if you’re nervous, we’ve included a step-by-step for transferring over information from other programs.

What’s the catch with unlimited clients?

There isn’t one. It’s literally our business model. Charging per client taxes the exact thing you’re trying to do, which is grow. We charge per trainer instead, so when your roster doubles we’re pleased for you rather than sending you a bigger invoice.

Do you take a cut of my payments?

No. Your packages carry your own payment links from Stripe, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal, and the money goes to you directly. We charge trainers a flat monthly fee and nothing else.

Tell us who you are and we'll set you up personally: your programs, your branding, your first client link, usually within a day.
