Repchitect costs a flat monthly fee per trainer with unlimited clients. Solo is $49 a month for one trainer, Studio is $179 a month for up to 5, Team is $249 a month for up to 10, and Gym is $399 a month for up to 20. Every feature is in every tier, and Repchitect takes no cut of the money your clients pay you.
The tiers differ by how many trainers you have, never by how many people you coach. Charging per client taxes the exact thing you’re trying to do, which is grow. That’s a weird business model, so we don’t.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We take a card at signup and first charge it when the trial ends, so you can cancel before then. The founder rate is for the first 50 Solo trainers and the first 20 Studios, Teams and Gyms, and holds for your first year. By starting a trial you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Everything is in every tier
Everything is in every tier: programs, Training Mode, PR tracking, nutrition plans, habits, check-ins, form-check video, booking, group training, on-demand workouts and follow-along video, custom forms, files and articles for clients, automations, a community board, push notifications, a public page with packages, and a trainer directory listing. There are no add-ons to buy.
Your clients pay nothing to Repchitect
No app to download. Each client gets a private link that opens in their browser, saves to their home screen like an app, and keeps working in a gym with no signal. You paste your own payment links (Stripe, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal) into your packages. Money goes to you directly. Repchitect takes no cut and adds no fee.

What happens when I add a client?
Nothing changes on your bill. Your fiftieth client costs exactly what your fifth did. Celebrate accordingly.
What is a founding member?
One of the first 50 Solo trainers, or the first 20 Studios, Teams and Gyms, to sign up. Founding members keep the lower rate for their first year, then move to the standard price.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, with no sales call and no pressure. We take a card at signup and first charge it when the trial ends, so you can cancel before then.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. A solo trainer who hires becomes a Studio, and a Studio that grows becomes a Team, then a Gym. Seats never drop below the trainers you already have.
Can I add one trainer without changing plan?
Yes, from Studio up: a single extra seat is $25 a month. Once extras would cost more than moving up a plan, the gym console says so.
